
Motion Learning were approached to work with one of the Academic Schools at City University, London to support a number of key manages involved in implementing and communicating large scale change across their part of the organisation.
Over a six month period, Motion Learning facilitated discussions, led sessions and provided one to one coaching to these managers.
The support covered many areas relating to change including how to communicate clear messages, gain buy in and support, and build strong relationships to encourage commitment to the proposed changes.
