The Sessions

Each month we offer limited and affordable places on our 3 hour Motion Lite sessions which cost only £95.00 per person.

Each session is aimed at line managers, and focuses on critical people leadership skills such as motivating people, managing people through change and handling conflict effectively.

The sessions run for a maximum of 10 people to ensure that each individual is given the opportunity to share their own experiences fully and learn effectively. All Motion Lite sessions are held at Motion Learning in 3 Percy Street, London.

How we help you succeed

We know the transfer and application of learning is critical to success. Therefore participants will be asked to complete activities both before and after their Motion Lite session to embed their learning.

We will even offer further support by guiding participants' line managers on how to follow up the session ideas.
