Motion Learning

  • One to one coaching
  • On the job coaching

  • Personality profiling

Programme Participants

The participants will contribute to their programme by undertaking a blend of the following activities:

  • Pre and post session individual work
  • Action learning sets
  • Peer coaching
  • Project activity
  • Personal reflection
  • Action planning and completion

Line Managers

Line managers will contribute to the programme by undertaking a blend of the following activities:

  • Conducting regular performance reviews
  • Conducting regular update meetings
  • Supporting pre and post session activity
  • Rewarding and recognising participants
  • Conducting additional learning activities

Client

The client will contribute to the programme by undertaking a blend of the following activities:

  • Supporting pre and post session activity
  • Collecting data for evaluation purposes
  • Rewarding and recognising participants
  • Conducting additional learning activities
  • Following up with and supporting line managers
