360° feedback provides a structured approach to exploring key professional and management behaviours that are relevant to our work and careers
360° feedback is a way of getting an accurate assessment of our behaviour and attitudes as we go about our daily business. It is called 360° because it aims to get an all-round picture of how we are viewed by others – our manager, colleagues and direct reports as well as a self assessment. The fact that the 360° feedback is based on a number of other people’s perception as well as one’s own makes it very powerful and insightful.
We use a tried and tested, flexible framework with a mixture of competency ratings and free text feedback to develop a rounded and insightful picture which we then explore in a one to one session.
