Rakhee is a warm and friendly coach, who helped me to navigate my transition into parenthood alongside my career, both before I went on leave, during my leave and after I returned to work. He skill at listening, and then working together to identify positive actions to take forward was extremely valuable and helped me build a positive mindset throughout motherhood experience.
