I thoroughly enjoyed my coaching sessions with Rob. He is extremely efficient and can quickly get to the issues that I faced while giving me the space to think about how I can address these issues.

He provided a supportive, challenging and safe place for me to discuss my challenges and issues and I left my sessions feeling a lot more in control and with a clear path of the changes I needed to implement.
