The Business Book Awards - Working Mother is a finalist!

I made the final!

Working Mother made it to the final of the Business Book Awards, and I'm completely honoured by this recognition.

I wrote this book to help people to access coaching support if they weren't able (or privileged enough) to get this through their employers. Because female talent pipelines continue to struggle, poverty in later life for working mothers is a REAL life problem, and that point at which a working woman becomes a working mother is a hotspot for everything. So anything I can do to support people through this time feels like a contribution worth making.
