Working for Free?

Should you be compensated for the extra day that appears in a leap year, as it did recently?

It’s an interesting debate, and one that Rachel Morris contributed to via an HR Grapevine article.

Factors such as hybrid working, the increase in global roles, and the rise of digital interaction have all contributed significantly to the number of hours we regularly offer up for free. And that’s every month, rather than once every four years!
