I hit a plateau and couldn’t understand how to take my career to the next level.  Rachel patiently listened, advised and demonstrated some of the points using models I could take away and relate to.  Rachel’s advice has transformed the way I work and the way people perceive me, I only wish I’d worked with her years ago.
