Rachel worked with me as a maternity coach. It was a bewildering time for me but I thought I had it all in hand like my career. It was invaluable to have an independent, approachable person who could be both a sounding board and to think through practical actions at a time when having a baby, Covid-19, team changes and restructuring at work changed everything.
