"I had the pleasure of working with Sophia before my maternity leave started, meeting with her during my leave, and when I returned to work. The discussions we had leading up to my leave enabled me to do my best work to set my team up for success in my absence, and enabled me to go out with peace of mind that everything would be ok. She asked pointed questions that challenged my assumptions and gave me a new perspective on my way of thinking/handling situations (both in my person life and professional capacity).
