ST 4

I had recently been promoted into a senior role managing a team of 5. I had started my coaching journey to help me navigate my new role, both in terms of managing my team and also my work with more senior management. I am so delighted at how far I have come through my six coaching sessions. From the chemistry session I immediately knew Sophia was someone I could work with, approaching topics from both an academic perspective but also in a nurturing kind of way. Sophia really filled the gaps in my knowledge and provided a great sounding board. As such a safe space was created from the get go, I really feel I could get the most out of each session. No matter the problem Sophia was able to guide me through it and I left each session feeling confident in how to proceed. I believe I now have the tools to navigate any issues that may come my way as Sophia has enabled me to approach things from different angles.
