Working mums should be out and proud of having it all

Women have for a long time been side-stepped at work when beginning a family, but many want to have it all and Rachel Morris believes that the era of ‘apologising’ must end; championing early parenting support to ensure parents don’t have to choose between career and family she explains how it’s possible.

In her latest interview Rachel Morris explains to People Management magazine that supporting mothers as they continue their careers whilst having a family is essential to stop the female talent drain, stem imposter syndrome and move women and working parents on from apologising for having family commitments.

She explains how support through the three stages of parental transition can ensure women and parents find the right balance, and organisations get the most benefit, in both the short and the long term.
